I have a booking number BZE43W passenger name Dodiana Traorè who misssed his flight on the 17 due to a test Covid , they told us to caontact emirate what we did and they told us to contact the agency to change the flight thank you

Refund for hotel

Was unable to check into the hotel do to them being "over booked", my reservation was canceled on their end but was unable to get monies refunded back do to 3rd party. I was informed that Last Minute has to release and refunded me. I have been dealing with this matter for almost a month now and still no refunded. Thank you in advance.
